Trousdale put on a stellar show in Boston at The Sinclair

Trousdale. the indie-folk trio—comprised of Quinn D’Andrea, Georgia Greene, and Lauren Jones—took the stage with the warmth and intimacy of old friends returning home, and their chemistry never let up. They had not one, but TWO very sold out shows in Boston, and fans were loving every moment of it all.

From the opening harmonies of “Lonely Night,” the group made clear what sets them apart: impeccable vocal blending, heartfelt lyricism, and an ability to make even a large venue feel like a living room session. Each member shone individually, but the magic of Trousdale lies in their unity—a vocal triangle that turns raw feelings into crystalline melodies.

Their setlist was a thoughtful blend of fan favorites and newer tracks from their latest album Growing Pains, including standouts like “Want Me Back” and “Last Bloom.” The Sophomore album is a work of art that touches on the feeling that comes with facing down existential anxiety, and matters of the heart. It's an album of growth and reinvention and sees the trio at their very best.

Between songs, the trio’s banter was natural and endearing, offering glimpses into their creative process and the friendship that underpins their music. A highlight of the evening came when the crowd joined in for a medley of songs from 'Wicked' including "Deifying Gravity" to the crowds delight. They turned the room into a sing-along echo chamber of shared sentiment. It was a moment that felt emblematic of Trousdale’s essence—not just musicians performing, but storytellers connecting.

Trousdale is a reminder of the power of authenticity. Their live show doesn’t rely on spectacle; it relies on soul. And judging by the cheers from the audience and how captivated they were, that's more than enough. Trousdale are making a name for themselves and they are quickly proving that they are here to stay and shine.
